service a bit iffy, it is what it is
poor air conditioning continuous fibs
the room's air conditioning wasnt the best, a total bummer, and staff didn't fix it despite my nagging. instead of fixing it, they seemed to enjoy telling fibs about fixing it. eventually, i managed to snag a small fan. no refunds, of course, even though i didnt get any sleep those nights.

Mixed Experience with Room Issues
ineffective air conditioning no refund
The breakfast included local Turkish cuisine and that was acceptable.
The air conditioning was not effective and staff did not resolve this issue . I requested a fix many times, however, I was given false assurances. This affected sleep for all three nights and no refund was offered for this discomfort.

the location is central. it is near many bus stations. a tram station is also within walking distance. a pharmacy and a supermarket are nearby.
the air conditioning in the room was not very effective.

breakfast was good with a lot of choice. breakfast is at the top of the hotel. the sea view from the breakfast area is nice. the waffles were dry, but there was plenty of other food

Excellent Hospitality and Convenient Location
warm welcome kind staff convenient location
The staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival. Throughout my stay, they attended to every need. Each night the staff kindly helped me warm my baby's milk. The hotel has an excellent location (it is so central!). The main town square is within walking distance.
I found the Wi-Fi signal to be weak in my room.
Dining

Breakfast included varied options, so I found tasty items daily. The waffles were a particularly nice treat (especially with fresh fruit). The dining area was well-kept and had comfortable seating.

The hotel is near the city center, and public transportation is easily accessible. A tram station is close, made getting around easy. Several shops and restaurants surround the hotel.

The reception staff was friendly and professional. Laundry service was available and efficient. The hotel manager speaks very good English, facilitating clear communication. I am thankful for their support.
