mixed feelings about my stay
hot tub unavailability unenthusiastic staff
the location proved easy to access upon arrival.
our lodge was advertised with a hot tub but it was not available on arrival i was advised to contact hoseasons myself to resolve this i had difficulty getting a response during the new year period the staff did not seem enthusiastic when we needed help.
