The hotel is expansive, boasting a very clean environment. Rooms and beds are large. they are comfy. Breakfast offered numerous options for all tastes. The staff are friendly and were really nice too assist with requests.
The lights in the parking garage do not work properly. I found myself in complete darkness.

The staff was professional. They were helpful in arranging taxis plus the shuttle bus. Staff facilitated taxi bookings. Their assistance made transportation logistics seamless. They ensured every need was met promptly.

The rooms feature roomy balconies. I enjoyed the space. Beds in the room were excellent! The shower was also quite good. the room was thoughtfully designed and comfortable.

The hotel offers amazing landscape plus views. I easily accessed the hotel from Tenerife because of the ferry. The location provided easy access to fine scenery! The hotel's placement made island exploration convenient.

The hotel architecture was beautiful! The gardens around the premises were also lovely. I found lots of space to relax.
The location of this hotel is not ideal. It is quite far from town, so a taxi or car is needed. I found that some of the hotel amenities were not available.

the room had a garden view it was a double room terrace. the food tasted lovely a buffet was offered. the staff was kind to me.
the service was slow at times i noticed queues. the bus service did not run from the hotel. there was a limited choice of drinks.
