amazing villa stay!

My wife and i had a wonderful six-night stay. we were picked up from danang airport at no charge, a very nice touch. our villa host, mi, swiftly took us to our villa for check-in using a golf cart. the villa overlooked the bay. The views and villa were equally amazing. we had our own pool, deck, loungers, and jacuzzi.
i felt that some staff lacked sufficient training for a high-end hotel. communication with the butler was at times confusing and unprofessional. a birthday surprise was somewhat ruined because of poor coordination. we also noticed that the outdoor area of the villa was not well kept, which detracted from the villa's overall appeal.

complimentary bicycles are available for touring the hotel. manicured lawns and foliage are present. the location has a view of the beach and bay. there is complimentary breakfast in the morning.

the villa had a private pool, deck, loungers and a jacuzzi. there is a golf cart buggy service for getting around the resort. i found it difficult to leave the villa each day for breakfast or dinner. the television in the villa played a special video.

The complimentary breakfast had endless choices. It included a mimosa and bloody mary bar. the asian style breakfast was amazing!!! i quickly switched from western style. the staff was helpful about the menu.

mi and tuan, the villa hosts, surprised us on different nights for my wife's birthday and our anniversary. we returned to the villa with a special cake and fruit. the bed was decorated with roses and flowers. a special video played on the tv with photos of us throughout our stay.

The staff was super attentive. They always were great. Phung, my dedicated villa liaison, was Really good. She ensured my villa was always perfect, booked restaurants and spa treatments for me, and made everything seamless. She even surprised me with a beautiful setup in my villa!
I noticed the outdoor area of my villa received little attention! The upkeep felt neglected and slightly diminished the beauty of the place. Some minor improvements here would REALLY elevate the experience !

The villa had a private pool with comfortable loungers, great for private relaxation. The spacious bathroom included two separate sinks, a rainfall shower, and high-end toiletries. I loved it. A well-stocked minibar offered various drinks and snacks!
