wonderful beachside experience

the free airport pickup was very convenient. the driver waited at the gate and held a sign with my name. the hotel staff was always ready to assist me.. ellie helped me with tour tickets and cheaper laundry options. i was also able to exchange currency at a good rate at the reception.

The location is GREAT. The beach is just across the road and very clean. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The pool on the 17th floor was AMAZING for the kids. The rooftop view is fine. I also used the water sport activities.

The room could be noisy due to the proximity of the beachfront, and the single-glazed windows did little to block the sound.

broken treadmillcold water

i was not happy that the gym was so small. it only had two treadmills, and one of them was broken. also, there weren't many free weights, and the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well in there. it felt stuffy when i tried to work out. the rooftop pool also wasn't as nice as i thought. it was smaller then i expected and the water was cold.

The hotel is very close to the beach. Many seafood restaurants are nearby, VERY convenient. I found the breakfast selection to be plentiful. The staff were helpful with directions and bookings. The location allowed easy access to many attractions.

The bathtub in the bathroom took up quite a bit of space. I would have preferred a separate shower.

The staff were friendly and efficient, providing good assistance. Staff members such as Tiffany, Gin, and Lee were particularly helpful. They assisted with day trips and attended to any requests quickly. Their customer service was excellent throughout my stay.

The rooms were well-kept and clean, meeting a high standard. My room offered a partial sea view and included afternoon tea. I appreciated that any issues were addressed quickly by the staff. ALL rooms were sound proofed.

The breakfast buffet featured a variety of western and eastern options. It was delicious. Eggs were prepared fresh upon request. I found this VERY accommodating. The restaurant manager and staff made sure that guests were satisfied at breakfast.
