universal plugs convenience store front desk
The room had universal power plugs! The front desk arranged tours easily. A convenience store was right in the lobby. That was super handy. I enjoyed having that!
The balcony was really small. It was pretty much unusable. It was a bit of a shame!

wonderful stay with friendly staff
spacious room ocean view easy access
i found the room spacious and well appointed. it provided an interrupted ocean view. the hotel provides bikes , and i appreciated the easy access to many restaurants of diverse cuisines, including mexican and italian options. the hotel's location allows easy access to marble mountain and hoi an using a grab motorcycle.
i noticed some noise from the shower and toilet hose at times.

the breakfast buffet offers an extensive selection, designed to satisfy various dietary needs. the restaurant manager was attentive and ensured our needs were met. afternoon tea is offered on the rooftop.

the staff members were cute and friendly and greeted guests with smiles daily. i found the staff helpful and lovely. the service provided by helen and her team was especially noteworthy.

amazing experience
cleaning service linen changes convenient minimart friendly staff
the cleaning service was great and we really liked the daily linen changes we requested. it's convenient that the hotel has a mini mart inside. it was easy to grab quick snacks and drinks before heading out for the day. the staff were friendly and helpful .
the balcony was quite small, so it was difficult to really use it effectively.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues
breakfast disorganization empty coffee pot
The hotel's location was acceptable, putting me reasonably close to the beach.
The breakfast was a disorganized mess. Food ran out without being refilled promptly, quite irritating. Finding cutlery involved a scavenger hunt, and the coffee pot was perpetually empty. Talk about a caffeine crisis!!!

breakfast disorganization unreplenished food
the location was good , close to many attractions.
the breakfast area felt disorganized with cutlery hard to find , and food was often not replenished quickly enough. there was one coffee pot , it was always running out.
