traveling frequently, i value consistent service, and this location delivered it. the updated gym facilities are a definite plus for maintaining my routine. i found the central location efficient for accessing meetings.

convenient location rich history fresh fruit comfortable room
I found the location convenient, a short walk to Fifth Avenue. The building features a rich history, definitely worth exploring. Fresh fruit was waiting in my room. That was a nice touch! The room had an air of comfort.
I noticed some of the front desk staff could be more pleasant, and the breakfast area could use an additional busser.

The staff was friendly. They helped me with directions. I was able to check in three hours early which was very helpful! Angel, who works outside, gave me helpful recommendations about places to visit.

thin walls small bathroom
the hotel location was okay.
I was not happy about the noise. The walls seemed very thin. i could hear conversations from the next room and also noise from outside, it was very distracting. this made it difficult to relax or sleep well! the bathroom was small. I found it a bit cramped and outdated.

my room had a useful minibar and fast internet. the beds were very comfortable with high-quality linens. staff addressed all my requests promptly! i had efficient check-in and check-out processes.
the in-room coffee selection was somewhat limited.
