I found the location convenient, a short walk to Fifth Avenue. The building features a rich history, definitely worth exploring. Fresh fruit was waiting in my room. That was a nice touch! The room had an air of comfort.
I noticed some of the front desk staff could be more pleasant, and the breakfast area could use an additional busser.

The staff was friendly. They helped me with directions. I was able to check in three hours early which was very helpful! Angel, who works outside, gave me helpful recommendations about places to visit.

the hotel location was okay.
I was not happy about the noise. The walls seemed very thin. i could hear conversations from the next room and also noise from outside, it was very distracting. this made it difficult to relax or sleep well! the bathroom was small. I found it a bit cramped and outdated.
