i found the staff helpful. they assisted with parking and hotel access. the attached restaurant was amazing.
i noticed cigarette smoke coming through the vents sometimes. it was a very minor issue, but worth mentioning for sensitive guests

the hotel is located right beside the train station. the arch entering the historic centre is within a 10 minute walk. it provides easy access to many sights.

the room included heat-resistant and blackout curtains. a choice of pillows and an extra blanket were available. the shower had actual water pressure, which i appreciated.
