wonderful hotel stay
convenient location friendly staff
I found the location to be quite convenient. It allowed easy access to both the beaches and various stores. i appreciated the easy walk to 5th avenue. without the usual parking concerns, i also thought the staff was friendly and helpful.
i did notice that the air conditioning unit was quite loud, a slight inconvenience at night. the bathroom felt a bit small, and i think updates are needed.

great location helpful staff comfortable stay
The location provided immediate access to nearby restaurants. The pool was a plus. Complimentary water bottles were a thoughtful touch. The staff went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay.
The windows allowed some traffic noise to be heard from the outside.

My room featured a very comfortable bed and provided nice views of the bay. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and offered plenty of space for toiletries, so I was very pleased.

poor water pressure wall damage
the location was acceptable close to main attractions.
the city view king room was not well maintained the showerhead barely put out any water at all it took me an unreasonably long time to wash my hair the pressure in the bathroom sink was also poor i noticed the paint was separating from the wall near the air conditioner along with a hole in the wall it was irritating to see this level of disrepair.

water views clean pool friendly staff
i loved having breakfast overlooking the canal. the water views made it a peaceful start to the day. the pool was also very nice and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay (even when i asked for extra towels).
i noticed some peeling paint in the bathroom. the decor could use some updating. it didn't ruin my stay, but it's something the hotel should address.
