friendly staff convenient location varied choices dirty shower ground floor poor lighting
The staff was really friendly and helpful to me. I find the location very convenient to the train station, a short walk makes all the difference! Breakfast offered many choices so I found something I liked.
My room was not cleaned well and the shower really was dirty. The room was on the ground floor and I see bars on the windows and . The lighting was not good, made it hard to see in the room.

working air-conditioning excellent bathroom comfortable mattress spacious room
The room air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was excellent. The mattress was very comfortable. I slept GREAT. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and how spacious it was (it really made a difference). The vending machines offered convenient access to snacks and drinks, I found it very useful.

lovely stay
helpful staff decent size
the staff provided all necessary information, so helpful. i liked the availability of food and drinks, including good coffee in the reception area. the room and bathroom was clean and a decent size, thanks for that.
i did not find any parking directly on the hotel. it made arrival a little difficult as i had to find alternative parking, then return to check in. i wish there was a parking, but i survived.

the room had blackout curtains which were effective. i found vending machines in the lobby. these machines offered useful emergency supplies. the hotel provided reliable wifi access.
the air conditioning controls were not working. this made it difficult to regulate the room temperature.

i appreciate the hotel's proximity to the train station. the breakfast was a good start to the day. the staff were friendly, helping with everything i need.
the room didn't have much sound insulation, i could hear hallway noises.
