italian charm at its finest
efficient check-inattentive serverstailored recommendations
the front desk team was efficient during check-in. servers at the restaurant and bar tenders in the lounge showed pride in knowing their guests. the concierge provided restaurant recommendations tailored to my preferences. i would happily return on my next visit to the area.
the hotel is next to a busy road and i noticed some car noise in my room.

employees were warm, cute and helpful. connecting rooms were available as needed. the hotel offered free parking and the possibility to leave luggage on site for a longer period after check out.

Rooms feature fine china and gold framed art and antiques. rooms in the new wing are more spacious than those in the main building. the bed felt cozy. I slept well through the night.

the room had effective air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. housekeeping was amazing and ensured everything was super clean. the neighborhood allowed a pleasant evening stroll with shops easily accessible. the front desk staff was super nice and always available.
