The hotel is located very close to the train station. the staff was great and helpful. i found the room very clean. It was cleaned daily and the bed linen and towels were changed, which i really appreciate!!!
i noticed that the room wasn't very well insulated. i could hear noises from the corridor, a bit disruptive.

the reception staff were kind and helpful . one receptionist, elenora, was particularly helpful and always greeted me with a smile. her assistance definitely.

The room felt very outdated. I noticed there was no deadbolt on the door. Despite promising air conditioning, my room lacked it. The street below proved very loud at night with yelling and drilling disturbing my sleep

the location is very nice! it's so close to the train station and bus stop. i loved how clean the room was and the staff offered help always. it was like a home away from home. the check in process was super smooth, always a plus when you're traveling.
The pillows were not good. They felt flat. i wish there were better pillows, it would add a lot to the sleeping experience.
