the location is very nice! it's so close to the train station and bus stop. i loved how clean the room was and the staff offered help always. it reminded me of a home away from home. the check in process was super smooth, always a plus when you're traveling.
The pillows were not good. They felt flat. i wish there were better pillows, it would add a lot to the sleeping experience.

The location is very convenient. The hotel sits close to the train station, a great benefit for my travel. The staff was both helpful and friendly. I found the room very clean and it suited my needs well.
I noticed some noise from nearby streets at times, even on an upper floor (but maybe I'm just sensitive).
