Wonderful stay in a PRIME location
helpful staff great location
The staff was friendly, and the location was GREAT. I walked to many tourist destinations, a bonus. Sergio always went the extra mile to. I appreciate the help of the staff.
The room was a bit small with limited storage SPACE. It was hard to manage luggage and personal belongings. I hope the hotel will improve storage.

Breakfast had true five-star taste and presentation. There were MANY choices. The breakfast was a feast I looked forward to EVERY day!!! I could confirm dinner was also good here.

The hotel is very well maintained and modern. A hop on and off bus stop is close by, so it is convenient. The hotel location is central and an easy walk to MANY attractions.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and I found a bag of chocolate, an apple, and an easter greeting. The shower pressure was the BEST, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel room was modern and high quality.

friendly staff city map renovated pub
I enjoyed the attentive, cute, and nice staff. The hotel gave us a map and shared information about the city. The pub next to the hotel was a nice addition. I would stay here again!!!

The location was superb! it was very central and close to many attractions. the rooms had quietness and comfort. I slept soundly. the front desk staff was helpful with the ice packs. I appreciate the assistance i received for my arm muscle.
The hotel had no porter service, so i carried my bags from the street. I found this inconvenient. the hotel lacked cash to break euros. It was quite an issue for me.

necessary amenities comfortable beds diverse menu
the hotel rooms had all necessary amenities. beds were comfortable. rooms were very spacious and well-appointed. i found the hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu. i experienced prompt room service, the food was AMAZING!!! check-in was smooth, i arrived early, and staff kindly offered a room after a couple of hours.
the air conditioning at night wasn't cool enough. i needed an extra fan for air circulation. adding a fan solved the issue though.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with directions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept well. I appreciated the availability of bikes. This allowed me to explore the city. These details.
