the bus stop location right outside the hotel was quite useful.
The room i booked for three adults felt too small. the bathroom was tiny and the four-poster bed dominated the space, this. there were only four hangers in the wardrobe. also, plug sockets were in strange locations. I noted a lack of coat hooks.

The staff were supportive, so that was acceptable.
The room's temperature was off (either too hot or too cold), and it seemed dependent on other rooms. This meant the temperature was inconsistent. The receptionist joked about the heating issue, which I didn't find amusing at all.

i stayed in a loft 4 room and it was great for the kids. the food was AMAZING!!! i really liked having a bus stop right outside the hotel, that was quite convenient. the staff were friendly and the coffee was great too.
the room was a bit dusty when i arrived.

I LOVED the eco-friendly furniture and the overall BEAUTIFUL interior. Breakfast was good, and the free luggage storage was a HUGE plus for me. A bus to the Central Station stops right in front of the hotel which is GREAT. The staff were super friendly and always ready to assist.
The bar had very odd opening hours. It was closed when I wanted a drink after a long DAY.
