fanny was a great hostess. she mapped out what we should see (very helpful!). breakfasts were quite nice. the staff worked diligently to please guests.

i stayed in the suite balcony room. the room had a great balcony with very nice furniture. i had no problem using the free, quick Wi-Fi. the staff was also very quick, always ready to assist me. breakfast had many options, i LOVE that!
The elevator IS rather slow, so i preferred using the stairs. It was still a minor inconvenience though.

perfect locationhelpful staff
the location proved very convenient. it allowed me to walk easily to the city center and many attractions. fanny and andrea were both very helpful and friendly. they ensured all my needs were met .
the lock on the front door was sometimes difficult. i had some problems opening it when entering the building.

i appreciated the staff's attentiveness they provided helpful directions and recommendations on a map they supplied. i received a welcome gift for my dog including a toy bowl and poop bags. the room was large it had high ceilings and a comfortable bed.
some outlets didn't work well this needs some improvement for convenience. breakfast was good there is need to fix some of the outlets.

difficult lockpoor lighting
The lock on the front door seemed like a joke. Every time i tried to get in, it took forever. i almost reminded me of kicking the door in. also, the lighting was way too dim. i reminded me of i was always in the dark, it could use an update i guess.
