Restful Getaway with Excellent Beach Access

The location provides direct beach access with ample loungers. The breakfast buffet featured both traditional Mexican options and sweet treats. I appreciated that the staff allowed us to use the facilities after checking out because we had a late flight. The suite was very spacious (it had a kitchenette).
The room faced the highway, which resulted in constant traffic noise. I found it difficult to sleep.

The facilities were very clean with constant maintenance. There was gardening work in progress. The pool area has ample space (I saw it). There is parking available without charge.

The on-site restaurant offers decent food. I found the staff to be good (especially attentive!). The breakfast buffet provides diverse options, including traditional Mexican dishes and sweets. There are reasonably priced options.

The staff was friendly. The team is attentive to customer requests. The manager recognized me from a previous stay, which I found excellent. They were helpful .

tidy housekeepingwater smellnoise issue
the housekeeping staff kept things tidy which was acceptable.
The hotel room reeked of old water. i had significant noise issues due to the road and nearby beach clubs.. i certainly did not expect this given the high price. they also wanted $50 usd for a late checkout. It reminded me of they only cared about money.

lovely beachfront stay!

I enjoyed the direct beach access. It was much nicer than other hotels i have visited, complete with showers and available beds. the gym area was available and nicely maintained, a bonus for my routine. i appreciated how close the hotel was to the ocean. The beach was beautiful with calm waters.
The front desk staff could improve communication about transportation. This caused some confusion during my departure, i found a bit annoying.

The staff was friendly, the public areas felt quiet, and i safety was good. I appreciated the daily housekeeping service.

breakfast included a very good buffet with a large variety of food. the offerings included yogurts and muesli alongside standard pastries, cheeses, and meats. a warm buffet with scrambled eggs and omelets made to order.

The one-bedroom suite offered ample space and necessary amenities. it ensured we had a comfortable stay. While basic, the suite was clean and provided everything required.

the hotel features a nice pool area and well-kept green spaces for relaxation. the beach area offers plenty of huts with chaise lounge chairs. there is a gym available too.

The location provides easy access to restaurants in both directions from the hotel. a supermarket to the east makes it easy to acquire essentials. Nearby stores, pharmacies and a souvenir market add to the convenience.

the breakfast buffet had great variety and delicious food! the room was comfortable, especially the bed. there was a fantastic shower. the staff provided friendly, attentive service.
the hotel felt outdated. the room door seemed broken and fixed at some point. the windows had aluminium frames, i could hear street noises.
