small bathroominconsistent hot water
The room i was in was quite small. it felt cramped, especially the bathroom. I could barely turn around in there. also, hot water was inconsistent. Sometimes it was lukewarm, other times it was fine, but never hot. it was difficult to have a reliably warm shower.

The location proved to be convenient.
My room was on the top floor. This meant climbing three flights of stairs. The bathroom was small. The towels were also too small to be of much use.

the location suited my needs well. the room size was large. the hotel was easy to find and parking was available nearby. the staff was friendly (they were helpful with directions).
i found the bathroom to be quite small.

I appreciated the friendly welcome. The room had plenty of tea and coffee. Communal kitchen facilities exist, as does a dining room, should you wish to eat take-away food. The hotel's central location is near the beach, pubs, and restaurants.
The bathroom was REALLY small.

Staff were helpful and friendly. I found it easy to find the hotel. The hotel offers convenient close-by parking. This is a HUGE plus when you have kids in tow.
