The staff proved helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered a good selection. I enjoyed the freshly prepared food and attentive service. I appreciated the convenience of parking directly outside the room.
The room I had was a bit dark. There was a strong air freshener smell in the corridor. This smell unfortunately made its way into the room as well.

I appreciated the dog-friendly rooms that allowed parking right next to them with entry through a patio door. The rooms were comfortable, and dog treats were a nice touch. I enjoyed the evening meal in the garden room. It offered great views while I ate.
The hotel felt very dated. The rooms was quite dark and drab. I noticed the TVs were small and old.

The repairs i reported were not sorted . the bathroom fan was broken and caused a lot of steam. the phone was also faulty. This made contacting reception difficult since my mobile signal was unreliable. i also noticed considerable dirt on the door. My husband wiped it, and the amount of dirt removed was shocking, black grout around the bath was also unacceptable

the room WAS noisy due to a wedding. CHILDREN ran up and down the corridors late at night. Windows did not fully close, so music from THE wedding was audible until late.
