central location morning snacks
The location was central, with easy access to transportation. The free snacks and tea in the mornings were a lovely touch. They really helped start my days wonderfully.

great location beautifully equipped kitchen friendly staff
the location is great it is really close to the train station and all the sites. the apartment was clean and it had everything i needed for my stay the kitchen was beautifully equipped. the staff were very friendly and accommodating nothing was too much trouble.
the hotel did not offer free parking i had to leave the car a 15 min walk away at a cost.

clean room comfortable bed excellent location
the room was very clean. the bed was very comfortable. i especially liked the complimentary tea and coffee. i thought the location was excellent.
the car park was a bit of a walk.

Excellent City Stay
great location equipped kitchenette helpful directions cute staff
the hotel has an excellent location near the railway station and quayside. the kitchenette was well equipped. i appreciated the 24-hour reception that allowed us to leave our bags early. lucas was very cute and provided helpful directions.
I noticed the absence of on-site parking initially which required a short walk to an external car park. It was slightly inconvenient.

the room size was quite massive with a large open kitchen. there was a living room providing plenty of seating. the hallway and bathroom were a good size.

staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. raquel especially looked after us and provided excellent service. assistance was readily available for any inquiries or requests that i had.
