i found the staff genuinely helpful. the reception staff provided excellent information about local attractions. breakfast offered a massive buffet with fresh options. i particularly enjoyed the freshly made pancakes and waffles each morning.

the hotel benefits from proximity to both metro and tram stations. many restaurants and shops are very close. i could easily access the historic areas and other parts of the city from here. the immediate area felt quite safe to walk around.

loose tilessafety issues
the spa was a real letdown. the jacuzzi was cold , and tiles were loose. the steam room door didn't even close properly. old cups and just general mess were there. i spotted some health and safety issues too , so i wasn't impressed at all.
