the hotel had a great range of food options, so that was acceptable.
My room was supposedly cleaned daily, i'm not sure what happened. it didn't feel properly cleaned at all. The floors still had dust and hairs. the bedding was also stained.. it was pretty gross. overall, the cleaning services really need to improve.

the resort featured a nice beach pavilion with bar snacks. i found the food quite good. there was variety in entertainment. the pool was nice, and i especially liked the pool bar. the kids club was great and my kids enjoyed the activities. the main restaurant offered amazing variety and freshness. the food tasted delicious for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. i also enjoyed the eateries outside. the lobby bar had amazing cocktails and good service (i particularly enjoyed the signature bar). i really enjoyed my stay here. the room was nice and clean. the location is about 50 minutes by car from antalya airport. i had no issues checking in or out. the hotel provided a seamless experience. the staff gave assistance with luggage. i enjoyed the pools and the beach. we were permitted to enter the room before the official check-in time. the lunch and dinner options had much variety. the staff in the restaurants were kind and treated the guests with care. the resort felt very family-friendly.
The gym could use a few more machines. It felt a little limited at times.

the friendly staff impressed me. the cleanliness was very noticeable throughout the hotel. there was a great variety of food available, a big plus for our family. the water park was a fun addition.

Our family room included a safe, a minibar stocked with snacks, and effective air conditioning. The view was quite nice. the room size was fantastic, offering plenty of space. It was also very clean upon arrival.

Staff members displayed friendly attitudes and competent language skills. they addressed requests promptly. dining hall staff worked hard. There were no life guards around the pool, despite the presence of so many kids.

i thought the variety of food was excellent. i saw a lot of tasty options. it was definitely worth the money. the staff at every bar was proactive. they inquired if i had placed my drink orders to ensure a great experience right away.
