The breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful. They seemed like they came from all over Europe. Dining with them was almost... pleasant.
The room temperature was too hot. It seemed like a sauna. When I spoke to the reception, I was told the heating was on and they could not do anything. I had to open the balcony doors, resulting in a rather noisy night.

The staff were VERY friendly and helpful . I enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzis. They were quiet and accessible. The views were very nice from up there. Breakfast had lots of choice. The food was AMAZING!!!

the room featured a large balcony with a table chairs two sun loungers and a double bed tea and coffee facilities were available and small surprises like fruit and biscuits looked upon returning to the room i appreciated the bathroom slippers and robes

I found the location to be great, just a short walk from the waterfront. A supermarket is very close, very useful for some things (like snacks and drinks). The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was quite delicious. Everything was clean, and the room service was excellent .
The room temperature was a bit too warm and difficult to adjust. The reception mentioned the heating was on and suggested opening the balcony doors to regulate it. This resulted in some noise during the night, impacting sleep quality.
