I secured a room upgrade, a seaview beautiful queen. the room has amenities like a rainfall shower. staff was very great. Ella especially. food choices were varied. The drinks especially were really good.

The staff provided AMAZING service, from the doormen to the housekeeping staff. I was particularly impressed by their helpfulness and friendliness. The hotel's location is also ideal. It is quiet but near the beach, a pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. I did enjoy the on-site gym and spa facilities .

The check-in process took longer than expected due to a new system. (This seems to be a recent issue.)

My room featured a large window that let in lots of natural light. The bed was comfortable and the room had ample storage space. All needed toiletries were available.

The hotel is close to the airport. A quick taxi ride cost around 400 pesos. I found the staff friendly. Check-in was smooth.

The air conditioning made TOO much noise. It was hard to sleep even with earplugs. I asked to change rooms but it did not help. The rooms are very small.
