I booked a double room pool view. the breakfast menu had a wide range and was beautifully cooked. the hotel provided the opportunity to book ferry tickets. This cut out paperwork!!!

the room was clean and it included tea and coffee making facilities.
my room faced the back of the hotel. the view consisted of a brick wall and some overgrown shrubbery. also, the noise from the kitchen was noticeable early in the morning, this disrupted my sleep.

Linda and Des were friendly hosts. My room was simple but very clean with a nice en suite bathroom and coffee making facilities. My cooked breakfast was freshly made and very tasty (especially the sausages!).
I had to purchase shower gel from reception for a small fee, after I asked for a replacement. This felt inconvenient, given the hotel rating.

The location allows an easy walk to the beach and the village's high street shops. There is also a private car park directly in front of the hotel with sufficient space for all guests.

The breakfast menu offered a wide range of choices and every dish was cooked beautifully. Linda accommodated my need for gluten-free options. I appreciated it. They also have a well-stocked bar.

the shower gel needed replacement and i had to purchase it. i felt bad for asking for more tea bags. it seemed like staying in a bed and breakfast from the 1950s. there was no room service.

the building had a beautiful victorian veranda. i noticed opulent hanging baskets surrounding it with wooden chimes. breakfast was excellent, and they catered to my needs.

des and lynda were friendly from arrival i used the bar it had cocktails available i was able to walk to the seafront easily the hotel provided a lift to get there. the breakfast was amazing it was super tasty. the hosts were friendly the pool and garden looked well kept.
replacing shower gel required direct purchase from reception.
