Inconsistent experience. Not rushing back

I've been coming here for years, but this visit felt different. the room was okay, but i missed the little extras they used to have like shower caps and cotton balls, such a let down! breakfast wasn't great either. the buffet had cheaper pastries and meats. the pool bar service was slow. The bartender seemed overworked. the food wasn't as good as before. it is disappointing.

The restaurant offered excellent food with a generous morning buffet. It also featured fine dining for both lunch and dinner. The VIEWS were amazing!!! The staff was kind and helpful. The location and hotel were excellent.
The sun beds lacked cushions and were uncomfortable.

The location is excellent. The hotel gets sun the whole day since it faces south. The air conditioning in my room was quiet and efficient. Breakfast and dinner seating is excellent.
The pool bar has a very limited menu. It serves small portions. The service is painfully slow with only one staff member in attendance. The pool bar is expensive. The sun beds are uncomfortable. They do not have cushions.
