poor soundproofingsuperficial cleaning
The noise at night was UNBEARABLE. The windows offered little sound insulation and the curtains did not block out light well. I also noticed the service was not very clean, it seemed like they only superficially cleaned, so there were stains and even a hair in the shower. The room size was decent, though the bathroom was quite small.

the location offered immediate access to the sandy beach. the hotel staff greeted us with cava upon arrival, setting a cute tone. our room featured contemporary decor and a private balcony.. the hotel ensured cleanliness, providing fresh towels and maintaining the room daily.
the gym, while adequate, had limited equipment, so there might be a wait during peak hours.

luca provided really good assistance throughout the entire stay, we felt cared for. leah gave us great advice about places to visit and bus schedules, always helpful and friendly.

Breakfast had a good choice and tasted excellent! The hotel was very clean. it smelled beautiful. I found all the staff were helpful, from reception to housekeeping. The location suited me, and the outdoor bar became a spot to relax. It was just superb!
I found storing my large case a bit difficult and accessing it took a little more work, but I worked around it.

The location was central, right by the taxi stand. This made getting around effortless. The breakfast self-service selection offered a lot. Every morning seemed like a treat with all the delicious choices available to me.
The shower size was a bit small. It made it a little difficult to move around comfortably while washing.

The staff were friendly and the bus station nearby was super practical. i found the location convenient. Taxis and buses access were easy. plus, the rooms was modern, clean, and the bed were comfy.
the noise was bad in the morning, as i wanted a lie-in but it was difficult. the noise came from outside so it was not possible to have relax.

I found the staff consistently helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was central to all attractions. Breakfast included a good variety of options, it was pretty tasty. I was grateful for easy access to transport, with the bus stop right outside the hotel.
The noise from the nearby road impacted my stay negatively. I found the room a bit noisy due to traffic. Better soundproofing would be beneficial.

The breakfast buffet was lovely (especially the fresh fruit!). Harry's Bistro is also available. It provided a convenient dining option with very tasty food and residents get a 20% discount there. The food was amazing.
