amazing breakfastindoor poolrude staffterrible bed
The breakfast was very excellent! there were many pools to choose from, AND an indoor pool. I loved the apartment. I even had a balcony so I think we got an upgrade.
the staff rudely SLAMMED the phone in my face twice? and that was when I was trying to give them money, to reserve a room. the bed was terrible as the springs kept poking me the whole night like an angry woodpecker.

the reception area looked bright and modern. apartment 843 included a good-sized balcony with a garden and pool view. the pool had plenty of sunbeds with mattresses. the hotel has friendly staff. breakfast and dinner were available at two restaurants.

i found the breakfast buffet provided a fresh and wide selection of items. the breakfast area had a good flow and was not too crowded. the on-site restaurants provided a variety of dishes.

a mini market sits a short walk away for immediate needs. the bay and marina are about a 15-minute walk, a taxi is also an option. the hotel is situated in a quieter area.

the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. staff members were attentive to my needs . receptionists assisted with luggage and queries promptly.
