location has drawbacks
difficult accesswindowless room
getting to the lodge was a real hassle. there was no parking available at the location, contrary to what i expected. it meant a significant walk (about 500m) uphill on a mountain path with luggage (i wasn't thrilled). also, our room lacked windows, so there was no natural light or ventilation. (honestly, it felt a bit claustrophobic.)
i appreciated the amazing views from the room (especially at sunrise). the meals were delicious and seemed to feature local produce. mohammed helped organize a guide for a hike, so i was able to see more of the surrounding area.
getting to the lodge involved a bit of a walk from where the taxi dropped me off. my room lacked sufficient ventilation, resulting in some humidity. also, breakfast was served later than i had expected one morning.

The room had a superb view of the valley. The lodge has a common room with Moroccan seats. Hassan prepared exquisite Moroccan dishes for us. The cooking was superb.
The walk to get to the hotel can be a bit long.
