the staff seemed friendly enough, i guess.

i found the room needing serious updates and wasn't clean. the sky dome glass had grime all over, so the views were nonexistent and i paid extra for this room. i'm annoyed because for what i paid, this stay was not a good value.

the pool area was rather run-down many sun loungers showed visible tears i think some new furniture is required. the food felt overpriced it did not match the quality one would expect at that price point.

The staff showed AMAZING attentiveness. The food was delicious. The location offered fine views. I appreciated the well kept gardens and the presence of animals on site. It added to the experience. The outdoor areas were also meticulously kept.

The room lacked COMFORTABLE seating options. Upright iron chairs were not ideal for relaxation.

The staff was helpful. They were very good. i found the grounds to be beautifully landscaped. i particularly enjoyed the traditional cooking. The tagines were delicious. it was generally quiet, although there was some noise from the chickens.

The pool area looked a bit worn. Some of the sun loungers needed replacement.

Rooms are spacious with large sliding doors. Light floods in. rooms can accommodate a family of four as there is plenty of room for extra beds. everything was spotlessly clean, and functional. It was ideal.

Dinner consisted of a beef tagine and chicken couscous. there were cakes under cling film, dairy lea triangles, and cereals offered for breakfast. eggs could be ordered. Orange juice came from a carton.

The hotel is nestled into the side of a valley. the surrounding views include the atlas mountains. This added greatly to the tranquil experience. treks and experiences are easily accessible from here.
