wonderful stay with great service
well-kept hotelsaltwater pooldrink choices
i appreciate the very well kept hotel and its efficient management the staff were lovely. the grounds were immaculate, and the main pool was saltwater and quite warm. the snack bar suited hungry children perfectly and the main bar provided many drink choices including cocktails. the hotel offered a complimentary bus service to siam park, convenient for us.

the hotel offers a free bus service to the beach and siam park. it is quiet with family mainly also the hotel entertainment is for little kids. there is not really evening entertainment for adults.

the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. the reception team provided assistance with taxis and directions i appreciate their readiness to assist. the cleaning staff maintained the rooms and common areas daily.

the main pool is saltwater and comfortably warm for swimming it provided a relaxing experience. the grounds are well kept with many flowers and palms i appreciate the landscaping efforts. a snack bar provided quick bites and drinks during the day.

The room was perfect and the cleaning staff kept it super clean. I was surprised at the variety of food , and I especially loved the themed dinners. There were awesome games and activities throughout the day! The entertainment team had so much energy , and I enjoyed the foam party.
I will say , there were a few minor hiccups. The resort is a little far from the town center , and taxi fares could be inconsistent. The entertainment wrapped up a bit early, around 10:30 PM. I wish the self-serve bar opened earlier by the pool.

This hotel is very clean. Staff members are helpful and cute. The food selection caters to various tastes. The pool area is well-kept and inviting. I found the grounds pretty and well-kept. I appreciate the effort put into maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.
The beds in the rooms felt too soft for me, and they moved a lot.

the staff was really friendly and accommodating to our needs. the grounds are immaculate and well-kept every day. the salt water pool was a nice temperature and provided a refreshing swim.
i wish there were more toiletries provided in the room. only hand soap and some low-quality shower gel were available. bottled water was not provided and there were no complimentary tea or coffee supplies in the room.
