very nice stay! totally recommend!

the location was super central! shops and restaurants were just steps away. our room had a super spacious layout, and it was so super clean, i could eat off the floor, honestly? the bed was massive, great for stretching out after a day of exploring. there was even a coffee machine, so i could get my caffeine fix first thing!

The air conditioning smelled a bit funny, and it was slightly noticeable, though i got used to it after a while. I am sure they will fix it!

the room had a coffee machine and complimentary san pellegrino bottle. there were two different pillows and i found them comfortable.

there was no staff present it was difficult to know what was happening during a town power outage. the room smelled like cigarette smoke it might be hard for someone with breathing issues.

The location was acceptable. I found several places nearby to eat.

The check-in process was awful. It was time-consuming. the machine was not user-friendly, which caused frustration. there was no staff available to assist with such a simple procedure. It was annoying.
