the staff was friendly and mostly efficient to me. the swimming pool looks clean. the room get serviced every day and it feel comfortable and well maintained.

the decor was a bit dark for my taste. the lighting in the room wasn't good, and the safe in the bedroom didn't work and i waited until our last day for it to be fixed.

The room was spacious with all amenities. I found the bed large and comfortable.

The air conditioning did not work as expected because it was limited from the central system. it got too hot in the room. the shower was also faulty. The water was either very hot or scalding.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. the pool area was clean and spacious, a welcome respite. i enjoyed the breakfast (especially the pastries!) each morning. The selection was diverse and well-prepared.

the parking system was a bit complex, involving codes to enter and exit.

I appreciated the helpful staff. They were always available. My room had two large beds. The breakfast was quite good with a sufficient selection.

The parking garage entrance seemed narrow. I would only recommend it for a small car. The air conditioning operated on a timer, so it shut off while I slept. I had to turn it back on when I woke up feeling hot.
