Modern Amenities and Attentive Service

The room had modern features. Motherboards beside the bed controlled the lighting, curtains, and AC. The breakfast included hot parathas made right in front of me. I rented a king adjoining a twin room for my family.
The air conditioner in my room wasn't working upon check-in. Housekeeping did not respond to my calls, so I contacted reception. The AC was fixed temporarily, but it shut down again during the night. Toilets were not properly cleaned with leftover hair in the shower stall.

The gym and pool were amazing to use . I observed a wide variety of equipment including treadmills and weights that were well maintained and spaced out, ensuring a comfortable workout.

The staff was cooperative and offered all necessary facilities. They were very helpful. Front desk support from the staff was really good, particularly with check-in and any requests I had .
