Excellent stay in vibrant area

I found the room spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The complimentary lattes and iced water in the lobby were a nice touch. The orange slices added extra freshness (i especially liked them!). i also liked the option to store luggage securely.
i noticed that the windows did not close properly. This resulted in a noticeable draft in the room. i hope they address this issue soon.

really good staff and handy location

the reception staff were cute and very helpful! the cleaners also did a great job. i stayed for four nights and the room was cleaned to a high standard every day.
The continental breakfast was not up to par. The croissants were dried and oily. i think better quality baked goods could be offered to the guests.

The hotel's location offered convenient access to subway lines. The staff demonstrated helpfulness offering useful advice for navigating the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and this added great value to the stay.
The room's heating was difficult to regulate properly. I found it challenging to maintain a consistent temperature.
