Fantastic Stay!!!
clean room friendly staff early check-in convenient location
The room was very clean, and it had everything I needed. The staff at the reception was also very friendly, great! I was even able to check in a bit earlier because the room was ready. A short walk from the station.
The hallways sometimes smelled a bit too strongly of apple fragrance spray. It was slightly overpowering.

Acceptable stay, some issues encountered
The breakfast was good (especially the scrambled eggs).
The music was VERY loud on the 6th floor one night. It came from a corporate event and lasted until 4 am. I found it impossible to sleep due to the noise and vibrations.

I had an issue with parking. The hotel advertises parking, yet upon arrival after a long drive, I learned it was full. I had to find parking far away at a shopping center in freezing temperatures. The receptionist was unhelpful. She should get trained properly.

Breakfast had many choices. I really enjoyed it. The room was modern and clean. The scent was refreshing. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions quickly. the hotel exceeded my expectations. I felt really comfortable.
The parking situation was not ideal. It was a bit of a walk to find available spots. I did not see convenient on-site parking.

surprise decoration super clean cleanliness varied breakfast
I found my room decorated with 'bride to be' decor, a lovely surprise! the cleanliness impressed me. Everything was super clean. breakfast offered great variety and tasted delicious. i particularly appreciated the location. It was easy to get around!
The hotel hosted an event on the first floor one night. The music went on until 4 am. it did make sleeping a bit difficult
