The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable, i think the room we had was large. It was great value for money and a pleasant walk into the city centre. Ubers are available and affordable.
The layout of room didn't work. The shower cubicle wasn't fully cleaned.

The reception service LACKED information. I had to request the WiFi password. Breakfast was disappointing. There was no bread. The orange juice tasted cheap, and milk was absent from the cereals. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
