The location near transport links was quite convenient. It made getting around simple.
The room heating did not work. Staff tried unsuccessfully to fix it, but maintenance was unavailable. the double bed was just two single beds pushed together. This made sleeping difficult. There was a gap.

The room was a Classic King Room River View. The room included a coffee machine and several tea options. This was a nice touch. I appreciated having a work desk in the room. The bathroom had a rainfall shower..
The gym is small and only has a few pieces of equipment.

The room was massive and well equipped. I appreciated the river views from my room. The bar area had a nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed the experience.
The shower was not powerful enough. This affected my morning routine.

The hotel is close to the station. This made it easy to get around the area. There is also cable cars to the O2 arena, that is close too.
