the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay they promptly addressed any requests i had. the hotel provided a welcome taste of scotland a nice touch upon arrival. the hotel was well maintained.

The location is FANTASTIC!!! The breakfast service was excellent. The bed was comfortable. I slept so well.

The curtains in my bedroom were hanging slightly off the rail at one end. Light streamed through and disrupted my sleep. I hope they fix this soon.

The welcome drink was a nice touch! the room was really beautiful with a fine view across the west sands, and i loved that harris capably parked my car and showed me to my room! the reception staff were professional and cute. I liked that.

the curtains in the bedroom were hanging off the rail at one end though. that let light stream through and disrupted sleep! i wish they were better fixed.
