The location allowed easy access to main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions. Tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. A fridge was also present in the room.
The bathroom door made a creaking sound when opened or closed.

The breakfast offered many options. i could choose from various pastries and fresh fruits. the staff was helpful and friendly. They assisted with directions and local recommendations. the location was very convenient with easy access to public transport. i found several restaurants and cafes nearby, so dining was never a problem.
the room had a slight draft from the window, but it was easily managed with the heating.

the staff was always helpful. the breakfast included many options. the location was close to central attractions, very convenient. our room was cleaned daily and fresh sheets provided .
the mattress felt a little firm.

Breakfast crepes tasted wonderful. The hotel offers a prime location. I look forward to a return visit. The staff were friendly.
I found dry cleaner hangers inside the closet. The bathtub lacked a shower option. There were stains on the sheets.

great location friendly staff breakfast options broken television small bathroom broken heater
The location was fantastic. I could walk to many attractions! the breakfast offered a lot of options, i especially liked the pancakes. the staff were friendly and always ready to help, which i really appreciated.
The tv didn't work. I reported it, but it wasn't fixed. the heater was also broken. the bathroom was quite small, it was hard to move around comfortably!

street noise outdated television
my room faced the street and street noise was noticeable even with the windows closed. the outdated television didn't work. the breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours with guests bumping into each other as they tried to get food.
