the staff was always helpful. the breakfast included many options. the location was close to central attractions, very convenient. our room was cleaned daily and fresh sheets provided .

Breakfast crepes tasted wonderful. The hotel offers a prime location. I look forward to a return visit. The staff were friendly.
I found dry cleaner hangers inside the closet. The bathtub lacked a shower option. There were stains on the sheets.

The location was fantastic. I could walk to many attractions! the breakfast offered a lot of options, i especially liked the pancakes. the staff were friendly and always ready to help, which i really appreciated.
The tv didn't work. I reported it, but it wasn't fixed. the heater was also broken. the bathroom was quite small, it was hard to move around comfortably!

my room faced the street and street noise was noticeable even with the windows closed. the outdated television didn't work. the breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours with guests bumping into each other as they tried to get food.
