Excellent Stay at a Central Location
spacious room well-decorated room complimentary beverages convenient location
The room was spacious and well-decorated. I found complimentary beverages in the fridge, which i appreciated. Daily housekeeping included restocking. The location provided easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants, and pharmacies.
The check-in process involved some stairs, which could be difficult for those with strollers or wheelchairs.

mixed experience
late code infrequent cleaning
the location worked fine for my purposes.
The self check-in was a hassle because i did not get the code until i arrived at the door and had to wait for support through whatsapp. also, cleaning only every three days is unacceptable. There was no towel service or room service during my four-night stay.

cleaning schedule no bidet
the location WAS good, near many shops and restaurants.
The cleaning schedule bothered ME. The room only got cleaned every three days. i also did not like there no bidet in the bathroom, a big DISAPPOINTMENT. contacting support took a while and i waited in sun.

Decent stay downtown
heated floor local snacks online check-in absent staff
The room included a bottle of water, tea, and coffee. A bottle of local Coca-Cola plus a package of local chips were provided free. I thought that was a very kind compliment. The heated floor kept the space warm. It felt very nice. The bed was comfortable, too.
The check-in was all done online with no staff present. I did not receive the access code. A phone call eventually resolved the issue, but I was delayed. There were no staff present at the location, and the building seemed deserted.

Great central location
spacious room modern room excellent location
I found the room spacious, modern, and very clean. I enjoyed the excellent location with many restaurants nearby. The online check-in was easy. I liked the seamless contactless process.

The room has a coffee machine and tea making facilities. A small fridge is also in the room. I found an iron with ironing board in the wardrobe. I also found wine glasses available.
