the receptionist kindly gave us another room with a separate bedroom. the mattress was comfortable (i slept so well!). i found the room cleanliness excellent.
i found the parking fee a bit expensive.

i was grateful for the spacious family room. the room was clean. helpful staff. early check in was a big plus for me.
i noticed slight noise through soundproofing so i'd recommend to close the windows for a quieter environment.

the staff was friendly and helpful . the room was clean and equipped with a kitchen. a tram stop is nearby providing easy access to transportation.
the room was a little warm because air conditioning was absent.

check-in was fast. staff members looked quite helpful at all times. i found public transportation options very close to the hotel. the location near to transport was certainly useful.
i noticed no housekeeping service was included. i learned i needed to pay extra to get my room cleaned. parking cost was high at 20£ per night.

room cleaning extra fee
the room included a well equipped kitchen with tea and coffee. a lidl supermarket was conveniently located just a few blocks away.
the absence of daily room cleaning bothered me (i expect a certain level of service). replacing towels required an extra fee unless the stay was a week long. i found this policy strange for a hotel visit.

new studio equipped kitchen transport connection short walk
the studio had cleanliness. it was also well equipped and spacious. public transport was a short walk. there are direct connections to the airport and the city center from there. i liked the convenience.
the tram was near the room. it was challenging to have a nice sleep because of that. it was a slight inconvenience but manageable.
