amazing stay
polite staff cabana upgrade complimentary fruit excellent view
i found every staff interaction exceedingly polite and helpful. my return was met with recognition and a cabana upgrade. the poolside service included complimentary fruit sticks, a thoughtful touch. i appreciated the excellent view from my room.
i noticed the hotel showed some signs of age.

the breakfast was acceptable.
the balcony door made a horrible noise when being opened and closed (it really grated on my nerves). paint residue fell on the balcony, i think because hotel maintenance staff were scraping the room above. this made it unpleasant to sit outside.

The staff greeted me warmly. They readily assisted with any requests I had. My room offered a nice view of the area. Security was also noticeable, providing peace of mind . I found mineral water offered at no cost, a nice touch.

loud noise dirty windows
the breakfast was good i found food excellent.
the noise in the room was loud it disturbed my sleep. the air conditioner produced too much noise. i heard noises from upstairs during the night it sounded like furniture being moved.

I had such a wonderful time here. every staff member was very friendly and helpful. my room was comfortable. Every detail was perfect. the hotel organized a small surprise for my anniversary, for which i am grateful.
the lounge service was a little slow. i waited quite a while for service and between servings

the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean. breakfast was good, offering a wide choice.
I found the bedroom very ordinary and tired. the tv didn't work very well. The color was off. the bathroom was tiny with the shower over the bath.
