A decent stay overall

My room was spacious. The pool was nice, too and the hotel keeps the surroundings well cared for. It was good. Staff was helpful.
The check-in experience suffered from delays. I waited in the lobby. Shower area flooded. It had a sink hole that did not work properly. Breakfast offered limited choice.

the room was spacious. i appreciated how the hotel takes care of the surrounding area. the pool was also nice.
there are too many stairs. the housekeeping staff entered the room, using the master key even when i was in the room. the breakfast options were unimaginative and repetitive.

The breakfast choices felt limited. I expected more variety. the pool needed better maintenance. The tiles were rough. also, the staff didn't seem very attentive around the pool area.
