I found the staff helpful. They were always available when i needed them. my early flight allowed me to drop off my bags mid-morning. The staff promptly worked to get my room ready before the usual check-in time. they offered a welcome drink and assisted with dinner reservations. I appreciated this kind service.
The air conditioning in the room didn't work. i reported the issue, but it wasn't fixed. A space heater was provided instead.
