The hotel featured a modern design and clean facilities. i found convenient parking in the garage. the location was great (close to everything i wanted to see). i particularly enjoyed the spa with its finnish saunas. They are really something else.
The language barrier was a slight issue. Only the reception staff spoke english fluently, made communication a little challenging with other staff members.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. Omelets and scrambled eggs were made to order. i especially enjoyed the range of fresh options available each morning. the restaurant provides excellent food and attentive service.

The hotel offers a pool and spa facilities. Complimentary drinks are available in the spa in the evenings. i found a bus ticket provided upon check-in. This made travel to nearby towns convenient. the hotel provided ski hire on-site.

the room was spacious and very clean with a beautiful view. it had comfortable beds (important for a good night's sleep). i appreciated the thoughtful design and furnishings. a balcony provided a great view.

the hotel is centrally located (i could walk everywhere). it offers easy access to cable cars for hiking. it is close to shops and restaurants. the hotel is also convenient to both val gardena and the mountains across passo gardena.

always ready with a smile and helpful suggestion. i liked the breakfast choices , where freshly squeezed juices and omelets were prepared perfectly.
i found the lack of air conditioning to be a minor inconvenience during warmer days , particularly as my room faced the public corridor. this meant limiting the opening of windows for privacy , a feature i believe would enhance the comfort during similar weather conditions.

the hotel's position offered close proximity to major cycling routes , providing easy access to the sella and gardena passes. its location is ideal for cycling enthusiasts , allowing quick connections to various trails for daily excursions.

the location is PERFECT for exploring the area.
The STAFF at reception were unhelpful AND the room I got was FAR from what I expected , it was tiny. There was a PROBLEM with the TV. IT didn't work AT all. It took hours for SOMEONE to come and fix IT. Wasting a HUGE part of my day.
