the location had historical significance, so it was satisfactory.
the room was not adequately cleaned. linens were stained, requiring me to request a change twice. the bathroom seemed small and outdated.

The location is great. It is a walking distance from the broad and moca museums and disney concert hall. The place is also close to lakers arena. I noted that lots of movies were shot here.
I requested that the iron in my room get replaced. I was asked to present my id, but I did not have it with me. I did not get an apology for this inconvenience.

i found the hotel's historical architecture excellent with many stories. the art deco design. the staff was very helpful in offering directions and transport.
the windows were dirty. the view was not very good.

the room included a king bed and also had ample space. i observed the provided extra pillows, which i like. the bathroom looked very basic and offered standard amenities.

i saw breakfast service available each morning with fresh options. the staff was experienced, although the room number request was repetitive. the hotel bar featured live jazz music on thursday evenings, very lively.

the hotel is near metro stations, about 200 meters. universal studios is accessible within 40 minutes by metro, i noticed. the hotel is in the center and close to main points of interest.

the lobby is beautiful, i could sit there for hours. a history corridor showed mr walt disney in black and white photos. i saw film crew inside the hotel .
