i found excellent communication via text before arrival. i received greetings from a very experienced owner. i enjoyed a lovely breakfast with fresh ingredients. the breakfast included locally sourced options.
the road to the accommodation is in really bad shape. i had a lot of issues when leaving with my car on the low gravel and pot holes. the road feels like it needs a bit of tlc

This location is very quiet. It is peaceful. the hotel is less than 10 minutes across beautiful countryside to a major motorway network. tatton park is next door. i really enjoyed the proximity to the park.

i loved the warm welcome from the very friendly hosts and the room had good bedding. the farm is surrounded by meadows i found peace. breakfast was tasty it met my expectations perfectly. the room was decorated nicely i admired it.
the track leading to the hotel was a bit rough i did notice that.

the room was very clean with good bedding. the tasty breakfast was something i enjoyed.
I found the bed rather small. it was not very comfortable. the hotel sits at the end of a rough track. This seemed quite long to me.

The host was very good and the location suited me well. I could leave my car safely ! Breakfast was EXCELLENT (I especially loved the variety of options). The room was beautifully decorated, it provided everything I needed.
I didn't like the drive down to the accommodation. The road is in really bad shape! I had a lot of issues when leaving with my car on the low gravel and pot holes. I reminded me of it needs a bit of tlc.

rough roadfaulty lamp
The road leading to the hotel felt quite neglected. I had concerns about the low-hanging gravel affecting my car. The bedside lamp also didn't work. I found that annoying when I wanted to read before sleeping. These issues detracted from the overall experience somewhat, I must say.
