i went with my husband and our friends. the staff left a birthday note in my room and two cupcakes. after a rough time, we needed a nice chilled break and we got that, we could've stayed longer than the nights we had booked. the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.
it is not really a hotel for children, so we were fine with it. i would come back.

the hotel is close to shops. a 10 minute walk takes you to the strip. there are bars and shops there. the beach is not far away either.

the pool area is very clean. there are plenty of sunbeds. the pool temperature was nice. the air conditioning in the rooms worked very well.

the staff were the friendliest. you could ask them anything. they would do their best to accommodate you if they could. they smiled and had a laugh with us.

Breakfast and dinner had a great choice. there were different choices each evening. the food was frequently refreshed when running low. The food was fresh.

The hotel room was a superior double room. Daily cleaning was provided by hardworking maids. Staff members across the hotel, including reception and restaurant teams, were consistently cute and helpful.
The in-room shower had low water pressure.
