Excellent stay, few minor issues
clean roommodern roomfriendly staffmicrowave malfunction
The apartment had kitchenette. The room was very clean and modern. I was happy that i could open the cabinets pushing them. staff are friendly and helpful.
The microwave was not very functional. it turned off with difficulty. I did not use the city metro but its a good location.

Clean and Convenient!

The room was super clean and included everything I needed. The tram stop is a quick five-minute walk from the apartment, so getting to the city center only took about twenty minutes. I also appreciated the luggage room. It's very convenient for early arrivals like me.
The beds felt a little too worn. I kind of sunk in the middle of the bed. I also didn't like that I couldn't access NETFLIX on the TV to have the opportunity to access my own accounts.

Several grocery options exist nearby, including Lidl and Coop, only a short 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The presence of a bar-restaurant on the first floor allows for easy access to drinks and food, without even leaving the premises.

The reception operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. I found the staff helpful with questions about public transport and storage of luggage, which they kept safely before check-in. They made my arrival so smooth!!!

The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but the public transport connections are excellent. The tram stop is just 5-10 minutes away and connects to the metro line after a couple of stops. This provides quick access to the city center.

i got the apartment terrace room, it was great. the kitchen had all sorts of assortments i needed. value was good.
i felt the towels were changed only once a week. this feels like cost cutting.
