the staff provided excellent communication. their responses were quick and helpful, as demonstrated by a call back after hours because i left a voicemail about a late arrival. the room had everything i needed, it felt clean and modern.
the room was smaller than the pictures suggested. the shower lacked sufficient pressure, it was not good at all.

I found the location perfect. it is on the main square. But my room faced the rear and was nice and quiet. i could store my luggage at the hotel, very helpful.
i found the codes for entry a little confusing initially. i observed other guests having trouble at the gate each evening. clarifying the instructions in the app could assist.

The email provided all necessary information. i also appreciated the use of keypads instead of traditional cards. I found them convenient. the luggage storage service allowed me to explore freely after checkout.

The location was unbeatable. It is close to many restaurants and public transport options. The self-check-in process was super smooth. The room was very clean and included free water, coffee, tea, and a kettle, much appreciated!
The room was on the third floor. The access with code could affect some people's choice.
